Hotel booking

Workshop participants should reserve hotel rooms by themselves. Alternatively, a Hotel Booking Application Form of Hotel & Resorts MINAMIAWAJI (please download here) is available for the participants. If you wish to choose the latter method (note the deadline 1 September 2018), please follow the instruction enclosed in the application form and submit the form directly to the hotel. If you wish to choose the latter method, please ask the hotel by yourself whether the hotel room is still available by sending the application form directly to the hotel.
