The files contain crustal tilt step measurements at NIED Hi-net stations for each one of short-term slow slip events in Shikoku, southwest Japan from January 2001 to March 2019 inverted in the manuscript "Slip distributions of short-term slow slip events in Shikoku, southwest Japan from 2001 to 2019 based on tilt change measurements". Each file consists of two components (Eastward down and Northword down) of measured tilt changes and their standard deviations.
